Reservatol Benefits - Are There Any?

Well, I received my order of reservatol supplements a couple of weeks ago and have been taking them daily ever since. For the first few days I didn’t notice any changes at all with my body. I still felt tired all the time, didn’t notice any changes in my skin, and definitely didn’t feel like I would live any longer than I would have before starting to take the reservatol.

I wanted to believe that reservatol would have an impact on my health, but I felt like I may have been swindled.

As I was getting ready to toss the remaining supplements, my husband suggested that I at least finish the bottle off and give it a little more time to kick in.

Boy was I glad I listened to him! Just a couple of days later I was starting to notice a difference in my energy levels as I was getting a lot more done in the day without feeling drained and tired. Also, I recently noticed that some of the fine lines around my eyes (aka crows feet) have started to diminish!

I’m now about ready to order my second bottle of reservatol supplements, and hopefully the benefits that I’m finally starting to see will continue.

Anti Aging Diet - Can Food Make You Look & Feel Younger?

anti aging dietI’m sure you’ve heard it before, but a joke I love goes something like this: Dieting may not actually make you live longer, but it sure feels that way. Well, I don’t think that really applies now that research shows that the anti aging diet can add years to your life.

The anti-aging diet is not a diet in the sense that its objective is to make you lose weight. Instead, the anti aging diet is actually a lifestyle of dietary habits that will lead you to longevity. So, it’s not really a weight reduction diet, but it can have a weight reduction effect.

Based on a modified Mediterranean diet, the anti aging diet is rich in fruits, vegtables, grains and low in saturated fat. It’s been shown to be able to reduce the risk of heart disease, and is known to prevent cancer. The diet is full of fiber ,anti-oxidants and other vital vitamins and minerals. However, it’s definately not for everyone as it’s more about following a strict calorie restricted diet of 2000 calories or less per day.

I plan to start my own modified anti aging diet, by not focusing so much on only consuming 2000 calories each day, but more of making sure I eat plenty of the foods that are known to have great antioxidant properties. By eating lots of the so called “Super Fruits” like pomegranite and strawberries as well as foods rich in fiber, I think will compliment my taking of reservatol supplements. I heard that acai berries are the best super fruit you could ever get, but it seems like the only way to get them is buy purchasing expensive supplements or drinks. I would really like to include some acai in my diet, but I need to find an inexpensive product first.

In my quest for longevity, I think that a change in my diet is necessary, and the anti aging diet just might be what I’m looking for.

Reservatol - Miracle Drug or Snake Oil?

reservatolAfter hearing so much about how good red wine can be for you and the anti aging properties that it contains, I thought I would look into it some more, because honestly, who doesn’t want to look younger and live a longer healthier life while enjoying some wine along the way?

Well it turns out that you would need to drink a ton of wine daily to get the maximum benefits of reservatol, the chemical in red wine that does the anti aging magic. Well, I don’t know about you, but as soon as I heard that my liver began quivering at the thought of having to process all of that alcohol. I wanted to live longer, not need a liver transplant!

I began to think that the whole reservatol thing must have been too good to be true as there was no way of getting enough resveratrol into my body without becomming an alcoholic.

However, I later discovered that you can actually get supplements that contain the correct dosage of reservatol recommended by scientists and doctors. I was able to find some online for a good price and placed my order last night.

Once I get my order, I’ll keep this site updated with all of my findings, good or bad, of how I feel the reservatol supplements work, if at all. I hope you’ll keep coming back to take this journey with me.
